If you wish to bring a companion, please contact the organizing committee for prior approval.
Yes. Hotel accommodations may be shared with another invited influencer as part of the event arrangements. Room assignments will be carefully organized by METAF GROUP to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all participants.
If you have any special accommodation requests, please inform the organizing committee in advance. We will do our best to take your needs into consideration and make appropriate arrangements whenever possible.

Once your participation is confirmed and all required information has been submitted, METAF GROUP will issue your electronic flight ticket, which will be delivered via email and the Official Telegram Community.

Yes. If you wish to arrive before the official event begins, please inform the organizing committee in advance. We will be happy to provide guidance and assist with the necessary arrangements whenever possible.
Please note that participants who choose to arrive early will be responsible for their airfare and any additional accommodation or personal expenses incurred before the official event period, unless otherwise approved by METAF GROUP.
Yes. We are delighted to welcome you to enjoy more time in Vietnam after the Summit. If you plan to extend your stay, please let our organizing committee know in advance so we can provide guidance and assist with arrangements where possible.
Please note that any expenses incurred beyond the official event period, including return airfare, accommodation, and personal expenses, will be the participant's responsibility, unless otherwise approved by METAF GROUP.
